A step

Every ticket goes through pre-defined steps. AI routes it to the right person and attaches a draft reply. Your team approves and sends it.
An agent
AI decides what each ticket needs. It looks up the account and resends an invoice or changes a setting, then replies to the customer. Your team handles the tickets it escalates.
